On a related note, I recently blogged about some recent research on which Indian IT outsourcing firms will succeed in the future - and it indicates that cost-oriented benefits aren't nearly as important to their clients as innovation and higher value added services. This is very much in contrast to historical trends in the offshore business model. It's going to be a tough year for the mainstream outsourcing companies this year! Interesting post.
