A business, and its people, then can be a force for good or bad things to happen in our society, dependent on what leaders (at all levels) choose. As business people, we often separate out our business lives from our personal beliefs and end up not loving people in our relationships as well as we could. The common belief is that business is supposed to be rough and tumble, greedy, competitive, demanding. Does it have to be?
